Carlton Ridenhour (natural August 1, 1960), best known per pseudonym Chuck D, is a rapper, composer, actor, creator, radio personality & producer. Chuck was natural around Long Island, New York, USA. He helped farther 1980s political rap music as the controversial & influential lead rapper of Public Enemy.
When graduating from either Roosevelt Junior-Senior High School, Chuck went to Adelphi University in Long Island, New York. When you took his rap career, he helped word to the black consciousness.
Ridenhour besides contributed (when Chuck D) to many episodes of the PBS documentary series The Blues.
Since 2000, he has been one of the virtually all vocal supporters of Internet music file sharing in the music industry.
